Choose the path that’s right for you

Together, we work on:

Individual Therapy (Adults + Teens 16+)

Life can feel hard in ways that are hard to put into words:

  • Constantly overthinking, replaying conversations, or second-guessing yourself

  • Feeling stuck between who you are and who you think you “should” be

  • Carrying a sense of not-enoughness, even when you present as fine

  • Taking on too much, over-functioning, and feeling mentally and emotionally drained

  • Struggling to trust your decisions without reassurance or overanalyzing

  • Getting caught in patterns of people-pleasing, comparison, or tying your worth to how much you do

  • Feeling overwhelmed by transitions whether that’s becoming a parent, shifting careers, or figuring out what’s next

Therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Couples Therapy

Even strong partnerships can feel strained when life shifts. Many couples come to therapy when:

  • You’re having the same conversations over and over with no real resolution

  • One or both of you feel misunderstood, shut down, or emotionally alone

  • Parenthood or life changes have shifted the dynamic, leaving you feeling more like teammates than partners

  • You find yourself overthinking interactions, questioning your needs, or struggling to express them clearly.

  • Resentment builds around the mental load, unmet expectations, or feeling like you’re carrying more

  • It feels harder to access the closeness, ease, or connection you once had

Mother-Daughter Therapy

The relationship between a mother and daughter can be deeply connected and also sometimes complicated. You might notice:

  • Your daughter struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt and not knowing how to reach her

  • Feeling pulled between supporting her and managing your own emotional reactions

  • Patterns from your own upbringing showing up in ways you didn’t expect

  • Wanting to feel closer, but not knowing how to get there

Family therapy offers tools to strengthen connection, understanding, and cooperation at home.

Parent Support Sessions

Supporting a child who struggles with anxiety, overthinking, or big emotions can feel overwhelming especially when you’re trying to hold it all together.

These sessions focus on:

  • Understanding what’s happening beneath your child’s behavior

  • How to respond in ways that support confidence and resilience

  • Navigating your own reactions, worries, and mental load as a parent

  • Creating more calm, clarity, and connection at home
