Therapy for teens, young adults, and women navigating self-doubt, anxiety, and pressure to be enough.
A space to step out of overthinking and feel more clear, steady, and understood.
You might recognize
yourself here:
You care deeply about others, yet often find yourself people-pleasing or worrying about disappointing someone.
You work hard and achieve a lot, yet the pressure you put on yourself rarely lets you fully relax.
You’re thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel uncertain about who you are or what you truly want.
You’re navigating big life shifts such as college, career decisions, relationships, or becoming a parent, and it can feel overwhelming to sort through it all.
Part of you wants to trust yourself more, yet your mind keeps pulling you back into overthinking and doubt.
Take the first step
If you’re ready to feel supported, seen, and heard, let’s connect and begin your journey to healing.
Hi, I’m Michelle.
I work with teens (16+), young adults, and women navigating anxiety, overthinking, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. Many of the clients who come to me are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck in cycles of second-guessing themselves or trying to get things “right.”
In our work together, clients often say they feel deeply understood. I listen closely for the patterns beneath the surface and help you make sense of experiences, thoughts, and emotions that may have felt confusing or overwhelming before. Therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, get curious about what is really happening inside, and begin separating the stories your mind tells you from what is actually true.
Over time, this work helps you hear your own needs more clearly, take meaningful risks, and build a stronger sense of self-trust. Many clients find that as they begin trusting themselves more, their relationships, decisions, and sense of identity start to feel more grounded and authentic.
I also have a special focus on supporting new mothers as they navigate the emotional and identity shifts of early parenthood.
I offer in-person therapy in Westlake Village and work with clients throughout Calabasas, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Camarillo, the San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles. I also provide virtual therapy for clients across California.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to send me a message today.
“You do not have to be good.”
