Areas of Focus
Many of the teens, young adults, and women I work with don’t always come in with a clear label for what they’re experiencing.
What they do notice is feeling stuck—caught in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, anxiety, or pressure to get things right.
These experiences can show up in different ways depending on the person and the stage of life they’re in. Below are some of the areas I commonly support clients in, along with a deeper look into what therapy can offer.
Overthinking – Feeling pulled into mental loops, replaying conversations, or analyzing decisions long after they’ve passed. Learn more →
High-Functioning Anxiety – Staying capable and accomplished on the outside, but feeling pressure, restlessness, or constant stress inside. Learn more →
People-Pleasing – Struggling to say no, meet others’ expectations, or prioritize your own needs without guilt. Learn more →
Young Adults – Navigating identity, life transitions, and the pressure to figure things out. Learn more →
Perfectionism & Self-Doubt – Holding yourself to high standards that never feel like enough, second-guessing decisions, or questioning your worth.
Life Transitions & Identity Shifts – Feeling uncertain during periods of change, from career moves to parenthood, or navigating who you are and want to become.
Low Self-Esteem – Wondering if you’re capable, worthy, or “enough,” despite achievements or outward success.
Relationship Struggles – Difficulty setting boundaries, communicating needs, or maintaining healthy connections with yourself and others.
Grief – Navigating loss, change, or transitions that leave you feeling unsteady.
Pregnancy, Prenatal, & Postpartum Support – Emotional and identity shifts before, during, and after parenthood.
If any of these feel familiar, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation.
